Note: If you are updating the role to a manager role, you will need to go into each user and assign their managing locations as well.
Set an RSVP limit for events with limited capacity!
  • Managers can set a max capacity on Event posts
  • Users RSVP-ing to the event will be able to RSVP "yes" if the cap has not been met
  • Users RSVP-ing to the event will
    not
    be able to RSVP "yes" if the cap has been met and see messaging about the cap being met
  • When capacity has been met, users can still RSVP "maybe" or "no"

The Activity Timeline gives
managers
a full chronological record of every action taken on a sub request, directly within the request details page.

In preparation for our upcoming Shift Scheduling feature, we have added two new custom roles: Front Desk Manager & Front Desk Employee. These roles mirror "Fitness Instructor" and "Fitness Manager" right now and can be assigned to any user!

Ability to share a branded experience showcasing the classes I'm subbing to my social media.
From the sub request details page, select the new "share" button and swipe through 4 branded options before sharing to social or any other native options!

This update allows users to configure subbing and manager notifications by specific types (e.g., invites, approvals, reminders) and lets users pick their preferred channels (email, push, sms), making notifications more actionable and personalized.

Toggle Customize notifications by type and channel to expand detailed options:
  • Subbing Invitations
  • Subbing Reminders
  • Urgent Sub Requests (within 24 hours)
  • Tags or Comments on My Requests
  • Sub Request Created on My Behalf

  • Someone Accepts My Sub Request
  • I’ve Been Approved to Sub
  • My Request Has an Approved Sub
  • My Request Was Reopened by My Sub
  • My Request Was Canceled or Deleted

New cancel reasons

When cancelling a class, I can now select from two additional reasons:
  • Facilities/maintenance 
  • Weather
We've also added "cancelled reason" as a column in both the Instructor History report in Insights and the export of "All Requests"

Require app pop up for posts

We've added a toggle when creating posts that requires the post to be acknowledged/read on mobile before continuing to use the app.
When staff log into app, pop up appears
  • Compliance: cannot be dismissed until user acknowledges
  • Event: cannot be dismissed until user RSVPs
  • Announcement: user can view full post or dismiss
  • PCO: cannot be dismissed until user responds
