✨ Customizable Sub Request Reasons
We’ve added more flexibility to how admins manage “Reason for Request” options on sub requests.
Under Account Info → Sub Settings → Sub Policies, you’ll now see a dedicated section for managing your list of reasons. From the new management modal, you can now:
- Add custom reasons tailored to your studio’s workflow
- Show or hide standard reasons based on what’s relevant for your team
- Edit or delete custom reasons at any time
When staff members select a “Reason for Request” on sub requests, the system now pulls from this updated, fully customizable list—ensuring consistency and clarity.

- You can now update any resource’s attachment without recreating it from scratch — perfect for keeping materials fresh and accurate.
300-character description field
- Add short summaries or context to resources with a new description field, visible wherever the resource is referenced.

Optional user-download setting
- Each resource now includes an admin-controlled toggle that allows (or restricts) staff from downloading the file themselves.
