Change "deleted reason" to "couldn't find sub" for reporting purposes

When classes are deleted via two way sync, you are now able to update the "deleted reason" to "couldn't find sub" so that you can distinguish that these classes were cancelled because I couldn't find a sub rather than the schedule being updated.
