Comments on Cover Requests

Keep the conversation about a cover request right where it belongs — on the request itself.

Add comments to any cover request from the request details page

@mention teammates, entire teams, or smart groups: @no-response notifies everyone who hasn't replied yet, and @accepted notifies everyone who has accepted

The request creator is always notified of new comments; the accepted sub is notified once they've accepted; managers and other commenters are notified when tagged

A new "Comments on cover requests" row in Shift notification preferences lets each user control push notifications for tags (on by default)
