NetGym will stay in-sync with Crunch for the following actions:
  • Permanent teacher changes
  • Updates to class name, type, description, time or location
  • One-time instructor changes (i.e. subbing)
  • Cancelled classes
  • Deleted classes
Here are the scenarios that we handle and the resulting changes we make in NetGym:
Approved sub request in NetGym
  • Instructor in Crunch is the requesting instructor → Delete
  • Instructor in Crunch is different than the approved sub in NetGym → Replace
Pending sub request in Netgym
  • Instructor in Crunch is not the requesting instructor → Assign
Class cancelled / deleted
  • Class gets cancelled / deleted in Crunch → Delete
Class date / time / type
  • Changed in Crunch → Update in NetGym
