Customize notifications by type and channel

This update allows users to configure subbing and manager notifications by specific types (e.g., invites, approvals, reminders) and lets users pick their preferred channels (email, push, sms), making notifications more actionable and personalized.
Subbing:
Toggle Customize notifications by type and channel to expand detailed options:
Subbing Invitations
Subbing Reminders
Urgent Sub Requests (within 24 hours)
Tags or Comments on My Requests
Sub Request Created on My Behalf
Sub Request Updates
Someone Accepts My Sub Request
I’ve Been Approved to Sub
My Request Has an Approved Sub
My Request Was Reopened by My Sub
My Request Was Canceled or Deleted
Someone Else Was Approved for a Request I Accepted
Manager Update to Sub Request
For each type, select which channels (Email, Push, SMS) should apply.
