Daily summary option for manager notifications

You can now customize how you get notified as a manager! Choose between immediate alerts or a daily summary, and if you're both an instructor and a manager, we’ll make sure you don’t get duplicate pings. Smarter notifications = less noise and more control.
The following notifications will still be sent immediately:
 Manager Escalation, Approval Errors, and Notify Manager button
