Fisikal Two-Way Syncing
NetGym will stay in-sync with Fisikal for the following actions:
- Permanent teacher changes
- Updates to class name, type, description, time or location
- One-time instructor changes (i.e. subbing)
- Cancelled classes
- Deleted classes
Here are the scenarios that we handle and the resulting changes we make in NetGym:
Approved sub request in NetGym
- Instructor in Fisikal is the requesting instructor → Delete
- Instructor in Fisikal is different than the approved sub in NetGym → Replace
Pending sub request in Netgym
- Instructor in Fisikal is not the requesting instructor → Assign
Class cancelled / deleted
- Class gets cancelled / deleted in Fisikal → Delete
Class date / time / type
- Changed in Fisikal → Update in NetGym
