Training is NetGym's new built-in learning system. Create courses for onboarding, certifications, brand standards, or new class formats, and see exactly who has completed them, all in the same place you manage your team.
What you can do
- Build multi-topic courses.Organize content into topics and steps with rich text, images, YouTube or Loom video, and embedded PDFs.
- Add quizzes.Use scored or ungraded quizzes, set retry rules, and lock progress until a learner passes.
- Draft privately, publish when ready.Drafts stay visible only to authors and publishers until you go live.
- Assign by location, team, skill, or role. Audiences update automatically, so new staff who match get the course without extra work.
- Track completion business-wide. The Assignments tab shows every staff member's progress in one table.
- Give staff one simple place to learn. Everyone sees their assigned courses in My Learning.
Flexible permissions
Set access at the role level in Settings → Permissions, then add collaborators per course. Subject-matter experts can write content without managing who takes it, and managers can assign and follow up without editing the material.
