Overtime Compliance rules let you set daily, weekly, and consecutive-day limits globally, by state, or by location — with US states pre-filled from labor law defaults
When enabled, compliance warnings will now surface in the Sub Request Board, Cover Request Board, Team Schedule, and shift/class creation flow before you approve a potentially non-compliant assignment
Team-level overrides let you set different limits for specific teams on top of your global or state rules
Approving a flagged request requires an explicit confirmation, and every override is logged so you can audit who approved what and why
New Compliance Overrides report shows which approvals led to violations and which team members are running over their limits
