Overview Insights + Sub In:Out Ratio + UX Improvements

This feature introduces a new “Overview” tab in the Insights section, giving admins and managers a consolidated view of instructor subbing behavior, staffing metrics, and NetGym’s impact on operations.

Key concepts

Sub In:Out Ratio
: A core metric showing balance between classes subbed into and subbed out. Helps identify instructors who over-rely on subbing out.
Behavioral Icons
: Visual cues highlight instructors who never sub out (celebrate icon) or never sub in (warning icon).
Consolidated Metrics
: View responsiveness and behavior data alongside subbing trends
Aggregate Metrics
: Managers can quickly scan team-wide stats like avg approval time and avg notice given
