Require app pop up for posts
We've added a toggle when creating posts that requires the post to be acknowledged/read on mobile before continuing to use the app.
When staff log into app, pop up appears
- Compliance: cannot be dismissed until user acknowledges
- Event: cannot be dismissed until user RSVPs
- Announcement: user can view full post or dismiss
- PCO: cannot be dismissed until user responds
