Specify which locations you'd like to receive notifications for

We've separated out "teaching locations" from "notification locations" and allow account owners to enable or disable this preference for instructors. 
Instructors:
If enabled, instructors are able to select the locations they receive notifications for in My Profile > Notifications.
"Notification Locations" is the list of assigned Teaching Locations on my profile 
When I deselect a location, I will no long receive subbing notifications for this location
When I deselect a location, this has no impact on my teaching locations
If a teaching location is added to my profile, this location will be added as a location I receive notifications for
If a teaching location is removed from my profile, this location will also be removed from my notification locations
Managers:
For manager notifications, I should default to my managing locations
Account Owners and Business Admins will see all locations
 and do not need to be assigned as Location Managers to opt in/out of notifications
I will only receive notifications for locations that I have selected under "where do you want to receive manager notifications"
This does not impact my teaching locations on my profile > personal info (or users > edit user > teaching locations)
If I am added as a manager at a location, this will be added as a location I receive mgr notifications for
If I am removed as a manager at a location, this location will be removed as a location I receive mgr notifications
We've also updated the UI for notifications on web and mobile to more easily manage your notification preferences.
