Notes are now available on a user's profile! You can now add notes to any staff member's profile — perfect for logging shoutouts, follow-up reminders, or anything worth remembering between check-ins.
- Add notes directly to any staff member's profile to track standout moments, follow-ups, or important context
- Choose note visibility: keep notes Private (only you) or share with All Managers across locations
- Optionally share a note directly with the staff member using the 'Also share with [name]' toggle
- Recent notes surface on the staff Overview tab so key context is always a glance away
- Edit or delete your notes anytime from the Notes tab on any user profile
