Users page: new Pending tab and clearer statuses
Managing who's in your account just got easier! The Users page now has three tabs:
- Active: people who can log in
- Pending: people who've been added to your account but can't log in yet
- Inactive: people who've been deactivated, had an invite revoked, or been removed from your list
What's new:
Filters
- Filter pills on every tab with live counts (Not yet invited, Invited, Needs info, and No response after 7 days)
- Status details under each status, like "Synced Aug 22" or "Waiting 3 days", so you can see how someone got there
Alerts
- "Needs info" column that shows exactly what's missing for each person (email, locations, skills, teams, and more)
- "Ready to invite" and "Missing details" call-outs on the Pending tab, with one click to select everyone who's ready
New Actions
- "Remove User" to remove profiles you'll never invite, like HQ logins or shared emails, without deleting them. Restore them anytime.
- "Mark as Inactive" revokes their NetGym invite. It signs the person out everywhere and removes them from sub invites, dropdowns, and notifications
