Thanks for the feedback and I totally hear you.
Daily summary is currently the default because the majority of our customers have told us that’s what works best for their teams. Since we’ve had feedback in the past about being a little... notification-happy 😊, we’ve been leaning toward more condensed updates by default.
That said, I completely get that “Immediate” is the better fit for your team. We’re actually in the middle of cleaning up notifications across the board, and your feedback is super helpful as we explore whether it makes sense to let each account choose their own default, kind of like we do with sub approval settings.
