Managers have to put in a lot of work to remind instructors when sub requests are still open.
We should automatically be resending invites starting at a certain time (have customer decide their urgency level which could be 1, 2, 3 days prior to class to kick these off) to ensure the sub requests gets filled. For example, resend invites to those in the no-response list 48 hours before class time, 36 hours, 24 hours until filled.
