We need the ability to configure a shift so that early or late clock-ins are automatically adjusted to policy, rather than us manually editing every entry. For example, if a teacher's shift is set to 8:40 AM arrival for a 9-10 AM class with a 10-minute post-class window:

If they arrive on time and leave on time, they're paid for 90 minutes

If they arrive at 8:50 AM (late), they're paid for 80 minutes

If they clock in at 8:30 AM (early) and out at 9:30 AM, they're still paid for only 90 minutes (capped to the scheduled window)
