Custom Urgency for Sub Notifications

Olivia requested the ability to customize the urgency/timing of sub request notifications - she would like a 72-hour notification instead of just 24 hours.
Within account info, sub settings, would be great to have a Urgency Time Period setting. This would influence when all of our "24 hour notifications get sent" and instead be whatever the urgent time frame is that they selected.

Digest of Classes/Shifts that need coverage within the next XYZ hours.
example: Instead of the 24 hour “Club Pilates Chicago (instructors + all) Urgent! XYZ's sub request is still open!”
could we get an email 72 hours out that says "all these classes need coverage in the next 72 hours" instead?
