Someone put up a sub request, another instructor accepted and the requesting instructor approved.

Then the accepting instructor canceled the sub request and the original instructor wasn't aware their request had been canceled.

Can this be updated so they cannot cancel the original request. We ran into a situation where the original instructor thought the class was covered, and yet it had been canceled, and she did not know.

Our policy is once you pick up a sub request, the class is now your responsibility. Not the original instructor.
