Emergency Coverage Bonus Identification & Flagging

We would like the ability to program emergency coverage rules directly in NetGym so that it automatically identifies when a class qualifies for an emergency coverage bonus.
Here’s how it would work:
When a sub request is submitted in NetGym, the system records the class start time and the sub request posting time.
When an instructor accepts the sub request, the system compares the acceptance time with the class start time.
If the class is accepted within 24 hours of the class start, it should be flagged as Emergency Coverage.
Accepted within 6–24 hours of class start → flagged as Short-Notice Coverage (+$15 bonus).
Accepted within 0–6 hours of class start → flagged as Day-of Coverage (+$25 bonus).
Accepted more than 24 hours before class → no flag (regular subbing, no bonus).
What we need:
A visual flag/label on the class in the subbing log or schedule view (e.g., “Emergency Coverage – $15” or “Emergency Coverage – $25”).
The ability to export or report on these flagged classes, so that our payroll administrator can quickly identify which instructors qualify for the bonus and apply it to payroll.
Ideally, this flag could also be visible to our assistant (who manages scheduling/subs) and our payroll administrator, so both roles can track it without manually calculating.
Why this matters:
This feature would save time, reduce human error, and ensure that emergency coverage bonuses are consistently and fairly applied. It would also make the system more transparent for our staff and easy for us to audit.
