We will be creating a policy that provides all GX staff and Personal Trainers with a defined grace period to update expired certifications before they are removed from the schedule, followed by an additional grace period before they are terminated in our system.

I wanted to check on the expired certification reporting in Netgym. Does the current expired report allow us to identify certifications that have been expired for 30–90 days?

If not, would it be possible to add a 30-day and 60-day expired certification report? This would be really helpful in allowing us to quickly identify who is approaching removal from the schedule versus who has reached the point where they need to be terminated in our system
