LevelOut will award Bonus Pay for certain instances of folks picking up last minute subs. Example- unexpected death resulting in bereavement time or acute illness that prevents an instructor from teaching their class at the last minute would be candidates for bonus pay being awarded to the instructor who picks up those subs. Currently, they are manually calculating this through messages and spreadsheets. With them being on Instructor approval, there is still a management component that would come into play with these specific coverage types because as of now, they are able to send sub requests up until the class starts, but not all of those subs would be eligible for the bonus pay. So, if there's a way that we could flag the last minute requests to generate a report so that they can easily sift through and determine which of those classes were eligible for the bonus pay, that would help with their monthly payroll and the back/forth.
