Hi there - our ADP system automatically terminates an employee of they have not worked in 90 days.

We have some instructors that only sub.

Would there be a way to notify an instructor & their manager, that they have not taught or subbed for 60 days?

A way to warm them, so that don't accidentally get terminated.
