Currently, when we assign required documents (like certifications or insurance) to instructors, all assigned documents must be completed for the profile to be compliant. We’d like the ability to make some documents optional.

Use case:

We require one teaching certification for all instructors, but we also want to give them the option to upload additional documents — like liability insurance or secondary certifications — without making those mandatory for everyone.

Requested enhancement:

Add the ability to mark certain document types as optional so studios can:

Require core documents (e.g., primary certification)

Allow optional uploads for supplemental documents (e.g., additional certs, insurance)

This would make document management more flexible for studios with varying requirements across instructors.
