We need team members to be able to clock in at different rates (teaching, YTT, admin, lead teacher, YTT assistant, sub, etc.) so that our summary report shows total hours per person broken out by rate. That way we can drop the totals directly into the corresponding rate fields in Gusto without manually reallocating hours.

hi Yucca Hoverfly & Amber Cricket! Using "unscheduled time clock" the team can select which team (aka rate, position, etc) they are clocking in for which is then reflected in Time Clock Entries report (see example user with clock in data for Instructor & Studio Manager). I hope this helps streamline this workflow for now! You can export the data to group by user + team to get total hours worked per rate per user to enter into Gusto/payroll provider.
In the future, we will be adding pay rates to user profiles in the future where you'll be able to assign multiple positions and their associated rate to individuals.

we don't have an exact date for storing rates on a profile but planning to tackle in the next 6 months! we'll be sure to update this post with an estimated month as soon as thats locked in
