Show the notification logs at the user profile level for managers+ to see.

Problem: Managers are often wanting to see when/what their instructors received as far as notifications. The prime use case of this is when the sub didn't show up and they blame NetGym that they didn't receive the reminder. Manager then comes to us to prove when we sent this notification and the successful receipt. We have all of the notification logs within the admin console so would be great for this to appear on the settings, users profile page (within settings > notification prefs) for managers to see the logs of all notifications sent, the content, and when it was sent, delivery time.
