Notification Settings for Document uploaded on behalf

"I had a quick question: is there a way to upload a document to an employee's profile without alerting them? For example, I already have copies of some AED/CPR certifications on file, and I’d like to upload them manually. However, from what I can see, the system requires me to assign the category to the employee, which then notifies them. Since I already have the documents, I’d prefer to upload them without triggering a notification or action on their end.
Is there an admin-only upload option or another way to do this?"

Hi Ellen - great feedback. When you upload the category on their profile, it will send them the initial notificaiton that it needs to be submitted. We are working on being able to give you this option to not notify. Stay tuned!
