When we switched to from manager approval > instructor approval, managers lost most sub notifications they would get previously. Even with their notifications turned on, they only receive notifications for 24 hour emergency subs. Requesting an update so managers continue to receive relevant sub request/activity notifications while Instructor Approval is turned on.
