Can you change sub policies for different teams/skill sets.

I want one set of skill people to have to put in a reason for putting up their shift while the other doesn’t this is listed under -sub policies. So, I put it in my message but maybe you didn’t see it. I want my Studio Advisors to leave a reason for needing a sub while my instructors would not be required to do so.
