Right now I love how in WhatsApp, if I get a message to the group and I'm wearing headphones, my phone will read the message out loud - just like if I got a text. But NetGym doesn't do that.

Relatedly - when I get a popup on my screen that I missed a chat message in WhatsApp, it tells me what person sent the message and in what channel. This would be incredibly helpful to have in NetGym so that I know if there is an emergency that needs an immediate response vs let's say someone is just replying in our celebrations tab that it's someone's birthday.
