We’d love a way to track and celebrate important staff milestones directly within NetGym to help foster community, recognition, and retention.

Key Features Requested

Ability to input and store staff birthdays in their employee profiles

Ability to store date of hire and automatically calculate work anniversaries (starting with 1-year anniversaries, but scalable for future milestones)

Automated reminders/notifications to admins ahead of:

Staff birthdays

One-year (and future) work anniversaries

Visual highlighting within the admin dashboard and staff schedules, such as:

Birthday indicator (🎉 or similar)

Anniversary badge or note

Optional visibility settings (admin-only vs. visible to staff)
