We try to enforce a sub policy that limits the number of times instructors sub out their times per quarter so that we can make sure we are giving clients a consistent experience. This is very hard to manage, however. I'd love a feature that says "Studio % Sub Rate Max" and if an instructor has already subbed out a certain timeslot and requesting another sub for the timeslot puts them over that 25%, it alerts them to this. They can click through, but management/admin gets a notification so that we are actively monitor AND instructors see the violation in real time.
