We have discovered a loop hole allowing instructors to still be able to search for cover within 7 days of the class despite our setting prohibiting this.

We have seen that if they ask for cover outside of 7 days, the request stays up and they can continue to search within this time frame. Ideally, once 7 days before the class hits, this should no longer be available.
