The ability to hold templated emails (some people call them canned responses).

We have some emails we send frequently but right now the managers go to a different Drive doc to copy & paste it into their Netgym message. It would be super handy if we could save those as templates in our Netgym inbox.

Gmail has this feature and it's amazing. We don't have to recreate the wheel or go somewhere else to copy & paste a frequently used message. It's just ready for you to use anytime.
