Changes made to class instances in ABC are synced once an hour between 5a - 9p (local time) into NetGym for the next 1 month of classes.
Here are the scenarios that we handle and the resulting changes we make in NetGym:
Approved sub request in NetGym
  • Instructor in ABC is the requesting instructor → Delete
  • Instructor in ABC is different than the approved sub in NetGym → Replace
Pending sub request in Netgym
  • Instructor in ABC is not the requesting instructor → Assign
Class cancelled / deleted
  • Class gets cancelled / deleted in ABC → Delete
Class date / time / type
  • Changed in ABC → Update in NetGym
