Changes made to class instances in ClubReady are synced every 15 minutes into NetGym.
Here are the scenarios that we handle and the resulting changes we make in NetGym:
Approved sub request in NetGym
  • Instructor in CR is the requesting instructor → Delete
  • Instructor in CR is different than the approved sub in NetGym → Replace
Pending sub request in Netgym
  • Instructor in CR is not the requesting instructor → Assign
Class cancelled / deleted
  • Class gets cancelled / deleted in CR → Delete
Class date / time / type
  • Changed in CR → Update in NetGym
