Notify Management about Instructor trying to create sub request

Use Case: Hi! We've recently added pilates to our studio and only have 2 teachers. We discovered that teachers cannot create a sub request in NetGym if no one with that skill set is available at that time. I understand the logic, but this has lead to emails/texts/communication outside of the NetGym system that's hard to keep track of. It's challenging for the manager and me as the owner to know that that class needs coverage because the teacher cannot create the request. We'd switch to another type of class if needed but we can't even see that the class needs coverage. As a work around, I just added Pilates as a skill for myself. Because of this, we just had a teacher no-show when she thought she swapped with the other teacher (and us as management and the other teacher had no idea)' pass this along for me
Feature Request: Send a notification to the management, about instructor is trying to create sub request, but no instructors pulling up because of missing skill.
