Restrict Permanent + Subbing Availability Features

Ability to be able to just have permanent availability or subbing availability. Would love the ability to gather permanent availability but don't want to open up the subbing availability column to instructor teams so that they aren't receiving all sub requests.

Seconding this and requesting that this feature be synced to MBO. 
We update our permanent and temporary availability on MBO. Admin does not have enough time to constantly update in both locations so it's always in MBO as its customer facing. 
Since there's no way to view availability on mobile in NG and we are often on the go and not with a laptop, this feature gets entirely overlooked. Not to mention that instructors regularly fail to update their availability. We have to ask them quarterly or even sometimes bi-monthly and manually update.
