We have 800 instructors and growing so I would 100% prefer not having everyone have everyone's information. I don't see the purpose as they will never need to contact each other for subbing or anything. It's overwhelming for staff. And it also puts them in a position to possibly recruit for other areas

Quite a few of our instructors legal names they don't use and use a nickname instead. So often other instructors don't realize who the name belongs too. For example: I have an Elizabeth that goes by Libby but we need to use legal name in NetGym per our HR

Ability to be able to just have permanent availability or subbing availability. Would love the ability to gather permanent availability but don't want to open up the subbing availability column to instructor teams so that they aren't receiving all sub requests.
