The current insights are awesome, but they don't paint a full picture.
I want to know how reliable someone is and how committed they are to their schedule.
How often they sub out really doesn't mean anything without knowing how many classes they are scheduled. Someone could sub out 20 classes and be scheduled 20 classes, while another person subs out 20 classes, but is scheduled for 80. There is a big difference! I intend to use this data for pay scale and don't wish to pull it manually from two softwares and calculate myself.
PERFECT WORLD:
We see either...
  1. the percentage of classes they requested subs vs how many they were scheduled for
-or-
  1. at least see the raw numbers - ie Jinah was scheduled for 42 classes and requested subs for 13 of them
