Posts is NetGym's broadcast communication layer. Gym operators use it to send announcements, enforce compliance acknowledgements, promote events, and recruit instructors for open classes. Today, Posts lives inside a shared "Messages" nav item alongside Chat, which buries it and undercuts both. The creation flow is a single long-form page that varies inconsistently by post type. There's no clear sense of what requires action or what's been missed.

This project redesigns Posts as a standalone, inbox-style experience with a stepped creation flow, surfacing urgency and required actions clearly.
