Allow your team to see "shift crew" on their shift from My Schedule

From Manage Schedule > Gear Icon, managers can turn on/off shift crew

If enabled, managers can also opt to allow staff to create a group chat with their shift crew (if messaging is enabled for your workspace)

From their shift, staff will see users whose shifts are within the start/end time of their shift

If enabled, they'll be able to create a group chat directly from the quick menu
