Shift Scheduling

Some of our employees only work 3-4 days a month at the front desk so would be wonderful for a shift reminder 24 hours before

Would like if our instructors and experts could receive a reminder email/text two days before their shift to remind them. Our experts only come in one of 8 weeks in our series so it would be helpful to have the reminder so they don't forget!

Currently, my front desk staff submit a form with dates/times they are available and notes to consider. (ex: I am availably Mon, Tue and Fri, but prefer Tue and Fri if possible.) It might be easier to have something in here since that's where all other things live! I figured this would be SUPER easy to just duplicate the Subbing tab and change the title to Front Desk!? You guys are on your way to being a TOTAL HR mgmt tool for fitness studios!!
