When sub requests are sent out, check if invitees are already subbing at that time:
  • If already subbing, add warning to the request so that invitee can see they are already booked during that class time
  • if users are already subbing at that time, add warning to each invitee indicating they are already booked at this time so managers can see that they are already booked during that class time
Note: at this time, we are only checking if the invitee/user is the approved sub for an open sub request in NetGym. If your scheduling system allows instructors to be double booked, we do not block this from happening.
