Subbing

Use Case: Reformed Pilates has full time staff who are required to teach X number of hours per month, but with their approval settings on "auto approval" their 1099 instructors often pick up open classes before the full time/lead instructors are able to get to them. Right now, secondary skills only get sent to users 24 hours before the class time, which is very last minute for most studios. If we had the option to send out a sub request to users with "secondary skills" in a customizable time window (ex 24 hours or 48 hours AFTER the initial sub request is sent out) it would give the ability for the full time instructors to see the sub requests and be able to pick them up if they need the hours and then it would get sent to the secondary skills users automatically within the time frame chosen. Overall, this is just a request for customizing the the window of time to automate sub requests being sent to secondary skill folks.

Allow staff to request a year out of sub requests

Flag instructors who exceed a defined sub request percentage (e.g., 15%), giving managers an early warning—without blocking emergency requests. This would need to account for how many total classes the instructor is planned to teach per month for example. If an instructor teaches 20 classes per month and managers would want to be alerted once that instructor has planned to sub out 20% of classes, once they have submitted more than 4 sub requests, managers can be alerted by a flag or a notification. This would allow them to take a look and see if that person is going on vacation, has a planned medical procedure, etc. so that they can plan ahead.
