We would love for documentation to play into sub approvals. For example, if someone has expired documentation, we do not want them to be able to be approved for a sub request. If it is expired, they'll get a warning for the first 30 days and if it is more than 30 days expired, they would be able to receive a sub request, but the ability to "accept" would be greyed out and if they hovered over, it would say "You have expired documentation, please reach out to your manager" or something along those lines.
