Availabilty Changes for Front Desk Schedule

Right now, the availbility calendar is geared more towards Instructors with stable schedules. Our FD team is typically submitting their availbility for the month ahead before we do our schedule. So they need the ability to control it down to the day, not just M-F.

The team needs the ability to submit specific vacation requests that can then be approved by their manager(s) and noted in the schedule.

This would be glorious to have! We are coming up on summer break and many of our employees are traveling, it makes it really tough for us to know who we can schedule and who is available, would be amazing to have the ability to instructors to add their PTO so that we know if we can schedule them or not during this high travel months

Would be nice to accept time off requests in the front desk scheduling feature where staff can submit days off and once approved it blocks out their calendar.

Especially for admin, to be able to submit specific days you're unavailable would be greatly beneficial to the scheduler.
