Add custom name to group chats (1:1 or 1:many DMs)

Would love to send surveys to employees within NetGym

User requesting the ability to include polls in compliance posts and other types of formal announcements made via the “Posts” feature in NetGym. Currently, polls are only available in Channels and Chats, which limits interactivity for formal or top-down communications.

Enable the ability to bold, italicize, + have more functions for typing for Channels + Chats similar to what is being offered for Posts formatting wise.
