I have been loving netgym so far! I was wondering if there was a place to record employee notes? Somewhere that the employees cannot see the notes I am keeping but help me keep detailed notes on behavior recording anything from an instructor going above and beyond to an instructor not performing the proper closing duties?

Instructors should've ability to input their Date of Birth in My Profile Projected end uses:- * Can be shown in Directory as per own profile setting. * Notify to managers about staff birthday * NetGym to send the automated birthday wishes on email
