Be able to assign tasks that can be view either only by you or you and the person you have a chat with. Ex. Set a task with a reminder for the other person to bring equipment Friday morning at 9am. where both people can see that this task is scheduled and outstanding. Vs. Set a task reminding yourself only to update that employee's availability on X date at X time that the person in this chat cannot see but is about them. Tasks show up both in your chat and in the tasks menu.
